Today I decide to check up after one week sore throat.
After I remove my tonsil stone at night (using my finger), I feel a little bit roomy in my throat.
Today I see a lot of patients have the same health issue in my office health clinic.

By the way, I read an article about my country buying the first aircraft carrier from Italy.
The ship still calls ITS Garibaldi, but when it arrive in Indonesia it will changed to KRI Gadjah Mada.
I don't want talk about the ship or why my government choose buying ship.
But I want to share about the man called Giuseppe Maria Garibaldi.
Giuseppe Maria Garibaldi was an Italian general, revolutionary and republican. He contributed to the Unification of Italy (Risorgimento) and the creation of the Kingdom of Italy. (source: wikipedia)
What makes him interesting?
In the early 1830s, Garibaldi was influenced by the ideas of Giuseppe Mazzini and joined the Giovine Italia (Young Italy) movement. This movement aimed to create a united and independent Italy. After becoming involved in a planned uprising in 1834, Garibaldi was sentenced to death in absentia and fled.
He subsequently spent about a decade in South America, primarily in Brazil and Uruguay. There, he was involved in various conflicts and gained experience in guerrilla warfare. His volunteer forces became known for their "Redshirts" (Camicie Rosse) attire. Because his military activities spanned both South America and Europe, Garibaldi earned the nickname "Hero of the Two Worlds."

Garibaldi returned to Italy in 1848 and took part in various conflicts of the Risorgimento. One of these was the defense of the Roman Republic in 1849. However, the feat that made him truly famous occurred in 1860, when he led the Expedition of the Thousand (Spedizione dei Mille).
In the famous meeting at Teano in 1860, Garibaldi handed over the territory of southern Italy he had conquered to Victor Emmanuel II, who subsequently became the first king of the Kingdom of Italy in 1861.
